Part of a series of mental health films told by people with lived experience and the healthcare professionals who supported them. These films were launched by HRH the Duchess of Cambridge at the Royal College of Obstetrics and Gynaecologists in March 2017.

Dr. Ranj Singh, from ITV’s This Morning attended the launch. and poet Hollie McNish supported the campaign, allowing Sophie and her team to licence her poem and re-cut the film to reflect the campaign.
